Don't judge this from the outside. Once inside, it is a safe, clean, quiet place. The lady, in charge, is kind and helpful. I stayed in a room with private bathroom. Free wifi. There is a coffee/bar just next door with convenient opening hours. And a Burger King, if it's your type.
Estuve recientemente en este hotel y la verdad es que la experiencia fue muy buena. Los dueños, que por lo que me comentaron son pareja, fueron muy atentos en todo momento y me hicieron sentir muy bien recibido. La relación calidad-precio me pareció bastante buena, el lugar es acogedor y tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Además, el aparcamiento es amplio y cómodo, algo que se agradece mucho. Está relativamente cerca del centro de la ciudad, lo cual hace que todo sea mucho más práctico. En resumen, una estancia muy agradable. Sin duda repetiría.

Me he alojado un fin de semana en este hotel, es un espacio tranquilo, cómodo y con fácil acceso a demás servicios. Lo regenta una joven pareja especialmente servicial, amable y hospitalarios. Sensación de estar como en casa. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, recién reformadas y eran muy cómodas. Baño individual incorporado. El desayuno, al estilo mediterráneo, muy completo, con amplio horario de apertura y delicioso. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca del centro de Avilés a pie y con parking a pie de calle, apto para autocaravanas. Relación calidad-precio inmejorable, si estáis de paso por Avilés, lo recomiendo 100% :)
